Bliss Yoga Workshop with Yoga Instructor Amy Sobel
(Cost: $15 before February 8th, $20 after)
Join Amy Sobel for a Bhava Vinyasa Workshop. Bhava Vinyasa is a transformative practice of flowing and aligning yoga posturesinto a nourishing restorative sequence of reclining and supported postures. Students will be guided through the practice with imagery, meditations and conscious breath work to release and let go in order to feel inner bliss.
